TAHAN Construction



TAHAN Construction, owned and managed by Jean-Pierre Elias TAHAN, is a residential construction company located in Jounieh (Lebanon) and operates in the area of Keserwan - Mount Lebanon. It is the "Sister-Company" of ELTA Construction, owned and managed by Elias Fouad TAHAN since 1982 with around 200 apartments built and sold in many areas in the district of Keserwan.

 

The main reason for launching TAHAN Construction is to bring the new innovative and continuous improvement philosophy in construction and real estate, added to the tens of years of experience of ELTA Construction in terms of site management, financial management, corporate & client relationship management, sales, etc. and adapt them with the new needs of our clients searching for their future homes.

 

TAHAN Construction launched its first residential project in a partnership with ELTA Construction in October 2014 and execution phase took place in mid-February. The project, SAFRA 2283, is located in Safra, just 400 meters from main Highway and 3 kilometers from Casino Du Liban, in a very calm and low-populated street, offering a stunning sea and mountain view. The project consists of 18 apartments divided into 3 blocks offering 2 and 3 bedrooms' apartments.
