ELTA Construction Projects
Elias Tahan establishment “ELTA Construction” is a commercial establishment dealing in the construction field. The company was founded in 1983 and is managed and directed by its founder Mr. Elias Tahan.
The company started its works in 1983 and has completed during this period more than 180 flats and there is still 34 flats under construction.
This establishment has witnessed during these 30 years a continuous progress and successes, thanks to the clients ‘ trust and the high quality offered, along with the accuracy and design.
Kleiat 417
This project consists of 16 deluxe apartments at the heart of Keserwan's mountains, at one of the most sought-after summer destinations of Lebanon, Kleiat.
It consists of 2 blocks, 4 floors each, with a total of 16 apartments and sizes varying from 115 up to 253 sqm.
Safra 1502
Safra 1502 is a new project in Safra area, started in 2012 in a very calm area that overlooks Jounieh Bay.

This project was the starting point of the long path for Elias TAHAN Est.
TAHAN Residence - Adma
Adma Residence was built on one of the most amazing hills in Jounieh, overlooking Jbeil, Jounieh Bay and Beirut. It consists of 3 floors, a warehouse and gardens all around the building.
This project was launched in 1989 but due to the bombing during the civil war in 1990, the construction works were stopped accordingly.
